The Power of Growth Mindset

The power of growth mindset. The growth mindset is a very powerful mindset that can be very successful if used right. I first learned about the growth mindset my Sophomore year of high school, and I also learned the power it holds. So many people are focused on the right here, and right now, and they tend to not look into the future. That's where this powerful mindset comes in. I always try to use this mindset whenever I can. I am very proud to say that I have hardly ever cheated on an assignment throughout my life, and never a test or quiz. In my opinion this is more destructive than constructive. I think this is a prime example of when the growth mindset is not used. People who cheat on tests just give themselves an easy way out to never learn the material. Introduction to my life

Hello everyone, my name is Evan Karwowski and I am currently attending my second year at Los Medanos College. I am currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration. After my third year I am going to transfer to San Francisco State University to obtain my bachelor's degree. On top of college I am also obtaining my real estate license. I will be a buying agent and a listing agent, with the help of my dad. Originally I was planning on being a filmmaker, however that became more of a hobby. In high school I made a western short film called "A gunslinger's tale" and in our school showcase my group and I ended up winning 5 awards, 3 of which applied to me. The 3 that I was awarded with was best cinematography, best sound design, and best overall short film. The reason I am not pursuing a a degree for film is because if it was a career I wanted, I would not really need a degree. In the film making field a lot of the different director's or producer's care a lot...

My Favorite Place, South Lake Tahoe.

My favorite place to visit is a place my family and I visit every year, South Lake Tahoe. South Lake Tahoe is my favorite place because the weather is perfect during the winter and summer, and the scenery is absolutely beautiful. What makes this place so significant to me is the memories I have created here. My family and I have faced so many funny scenarios when staying there, and I think its a wonderful place for people to visit. This is a great example of what to do there.
